Make a Change to a Current Order

This form allows you to make changes to an order which is already in progress at RCS plc. Late changes incur a charge of £5.00 + VAT per change

Please Note: The late change payment is an Administration Charge Only. Some change requests (quantity, size, material, multiple deliveries and etc) will incur additional costs and may delay completion time. They may also not be possible depending on the progress of the job through our production process.

Changes advised within two hours of your confirmation email are not chargeable. This 'free change' period is reduced to one hour for all premium and digital jobs.

The latest time for delivery address changes is 17.00 (5.00 pm) on the working day prior to Despatch.
