Our Quality Assurance system is an intrinsic part of our operation and every member of the RCS team is motivated and incentivised to act as their own Quality Control Inspector.

We work hard to identify where our systems can be improved and, where necessary, carry out additional training and implement corrective action plans. Our ‘right first time’ levels are in excess of 99%. We continue to strive for 100%!

Service

Our pursuit of excellence extends to the customer service we provide. We absolutely recognise the time value of print. For us, late despatch is, and always has been, totally unacceptable.

Each of our Reseller Partners has a dedicated Order Team at RCS to ensure that jobs are placed smoothly and efficiently. Our real time job tracking system means that every one of the more than two thousand jobs running through our production at any time, are being monitored and their progress checked.

RCS was the first company in the industry to offer a ‘despatch on time or the print is free’ guarantee. We now offer a truly unique double credit guarantee.

Our commitment to you and your client doesn’t end when the job leaves the building. In the unlikely event that there’s a problem with your client, it’s not your problem alone, it’s also our problem. So we work with you to resolve the issue and, most importantly, satisfy the client.

We firmly believe that some of the strongest long-term relationships can be forged from the quick and fair resolution of an issue.

An intensive and ongoing investment programme means that RCS has the very latest pre-press, printing and finishing technology available, and some of the highest levels of efficiency in the industry.

The benefits our economies of scale provide are passed directly on to our Reseller Partners. We take pride in ensuring that our pricing is as competitive as possible. (In fact, prices to our Reseller Partners are, on average, 41.5% cheaper in real terms than 10 years ago!)

Although our workflow is based on being sent print ready PDF files, we offer a complete pre-flighting service which includes comprehensive proofing. The service is designed to help you not only meet but exceed your clients’ expectations.
