How long does it take to set up my Print Plugin® Package?
As soon as we receive full payment your discount level will be updated within two hours. Where applicable, Credit Facility paperwork is issued so that you may quickly return the completed original documents to RCS. Once received your initial credit limit will be set and advised.
How long is the Print Plugin® Package valid for?
Our Plugin® Packages run for a calendar year, January through to December.
What if I decide after a few months that the Plugin® Package is not for me?
We are confident that you will be delighted with your RCS Print Plugin®. However should you decide it is not working for you, you can simply ‘plug out’ and receive a credit for the remainder of your Print Plugin® fee (whole months unused less any discount received).
Can I set specific days each week to use my free deliveries?
Yes, in fact you must either nominate the days when you would like your free deliveries sent to a pre-set address or ask for them to be the first orders each week.
How will I know the balance due and my credit limit?
We will send you a statement at the end of each month. The statement will confirm the amount to be taken by direct debit and the date the direct debit will arrive at your bank. It also details your current credit limit.
How long does it take to set up the Reseller Web Pages?
As soon as we receive payment and your signed direct debit mandate, the pages will usually take 10 working days to completion.
